Bonus sa v\u0161ak nevz\u0165ahuje na refinan\u010dn\u00fa alebo bez\u00fa\u010delov\u00fa hypot\u00e9ku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00daverom financujete nehnute\u013enos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je na Slovensku a<\/span><b> je ur\u010den\u00e1 na b\u00fdvanie.<\/b> Novinkou od 1. 1. 2024 je, \u017ee t\u00e1to nehnute\u013enos\u0165 sa nesmie prenaj\u00edma\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Ku d\u0148u podpisu zmluvy <\/b>o&nbsp;\u00favere<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ste <\/span>splnili<b> podmienku pr\u00edjmu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 \u010di\u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 priemern\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem v&nbsp;kalend\u00e1rnom roku, ktor\u00fd predch\u00e1dza roku kedy ste podp\u00edsali s&nbsp;bankou zmluvu o&nbsp;\u00favere, nepresiahol 1,3-n\u00e1sobok priemernej mzdy na Slovensku&nbsp;<\/span>pre \u00favery podp\u00edsan\u00e9 pred rokom 2024 resp. 1,6-n\u00e1sobok priemernej mzdy pre \u00favery podp\u00edsan\u00e9 od 1. 1. 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>Ak\u00e1 je maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka pr\u00edjmu, ktor\u00e1 rozhodne o da\u0148ovej \u00fa\u013eave<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Ak ste <\/strong><b>\u00faverov\u00fa zmluvu podpisovali v roku 202<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">5,<\/span> v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1lny mesa\u010dn\u00fd<\/span><b> pr\u00edjem po\u010d\u00edtate pod\u013ea roku 202<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Priemern\u00e1 hrub\u00e1 mzda pod\u013ea \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu SR bola v tom roku 1 524 eur. Pre \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1roku na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus to znamen\u00e1 <span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">max. pr\u00edjem <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">2 438,40 eur<\/span> (v tomto pr\u00edpade plat\u00ed u\u017e 1,6-n\u00e1sobok).<\/strong> V pr\u00edpade dvoch \u017eiadate\u013eov spolo\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem nemohol presahova\u0165 <strong>4 876,80 eur<\/strong>.<\/span> <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ak ste \u00faverov\u00fa zmluvu podpisovali v roku 2024<\/strong>, v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1lny mesa\u010dn\u00fd<strong> pr\u00edjem po\u010d\u00edtate pod\u013ea roku 2023<\/strong>. Priemern\u00e1 hrub\u00e1 mzda pod\u013ea \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu SR bola v tom roku 1 430 eur. Pre \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1roku na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus to znamen\u00e1 max. pr\u00edjem <strong>2 288 eur.<\/strong> V pr\u00edpade dvoch \u017eiadate\u013eov spolo\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem nemohol presahova\u0165 <strong>4 576 eu<\/strong>r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre hypot\u00e9ky podp\u00edsan\u00e9 pred rokom 2024 plat\u00ed strop pr\u00edjmu stanoven\u00fd ako 1,3-n\u00e1sobok priemernej mzdy na Slovensku za pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd rok:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ak ste \u00faverov\u00fa zmluvu podpisovali v roku 2023, v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1lny mesa\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem po\u010d\u00edtate pod\u013ea roku 2022. Priemern\u00e1 hrub\u00e1 mzda pod\u013ea \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu SR bola v tom roku 1 304 eur. Pre \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1roku na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus to znamen\u00e1 max. pr\u00edjem 1 695,2 eur. V pr\u00edpade dvoch \u017eiadate\u013eov spolo\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem nemohol presahova\u0165 3 390,4 eur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Ak ste <\/strong><b>\u00faverov\u00fa zmluvu podpisovali v roku 2022<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">,<\/span> v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1lny mesa\u010dn\u00fd<\/span><b> pr\u00edjem po\u010d\u00edtate pod\u013ea roku 2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Priemern\u00e1 hrub\u00e1 mzda pod\u013ea \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu SR bola v tom roku 1 211 eur, \u010do pre \u00fa\u010dely v\u00e1\u0161ho n\u00e1roku na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus znamen\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>max. pr\u00edjem do 1 574,30 eura<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">.<\/span> Pri viacer\u00fdch \u017eiadate\u013eoch o \u00faver, napr. v pr\u00edpade man\u017eelov \u010di partnerov tento pr\u00edjem vyn\u00e1sobte dvomi, \u010di\u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 spolo\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem nemohol presahova\u0165 <strong>3148<\/strong><\/span><b>,60 eura.<\/b><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Ak ste hypot\u00e9ku<\/strong><b> podpisovali v roku 2021<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,&nbsp;v\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00edjmov\u00fd strop pre da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus bol <\/span><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>1 472,90 eura<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pri jednom \u017eiadate\u013eovi, resp.&nbsp;<\/span><b>2 945,80 eura <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pri dvoch osob\u00e1ch v \u00favere.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Ak ste hypot\u00e9ku<\/strong><b> podpisovali v roku 2020<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,&nbsp;v\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00edjmov\u00fd strop pre da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus bol <\/span><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>1 419,60 eura<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pri jednom \u017eiadate\u013eovi, resp.&nbsp;<\/span><b>2 839,20 eura <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pri dvoch osob\u00e1ch v \u00favere.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oproti star\u00e9mu typu \u0161t\u00e1tneho pr\u00edspevku sa do pr\u00edjmu da\u0148ovn\u00edka mus\u00ed zar\u00e1ta\u0165 nielen mzda zamestnanca \u010di pr\u00edjem z podnikania alebo pren\u00e1jmu, ale aj pr\u00edjem z kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9ho majetku alebo pr\u00edjem, ktor\u00fd vznikol pri predaji nehnute\u013enosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">TIP:<\/span> <\/b>Ak ste splnili podmienku maxim\u00e1lneho pr\u00edjmu v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom roku ako ste podpisovali zmluvu o \u00favere, <strong>nemus\u00edte ka\u017ed\u00fd rok sledova\u0165 v\u00fd\u0161ku svojich pr\u00edjmov.<\/strong> N\u00e1rok na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus v\u00e1m automaticky ostane na cel\u00fdch 5 rokov po \u010derpan\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Ale pozor!<\/b> Ak sa rozhodnete svoju <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/hypotekarna-kalkulacka\/refinancovanie\">hypot\u00e9ku refinancova\u0165<\/a>, na nov\u00fd refinan\u010dn\u00fd \u00faver sa v\u00e1m da\u0148ov\u00e1 \u00fa\u013eava nebude vz\u0165ahova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/hypotekarna-kalkulacka\/kupa?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=gif&amp;utm_campaign=hypo_gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Fingo-hypotekarna-kalkulacka.gif\" alt=\"Fingo hypotek\u00e1rna kalkula\u010dka\" class=\"wp-image-6819\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>Pre uplatnenie bonusu potrebujete potvrdenie z banky<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Ak va\u0161a banka posiela potvrdenie automaticky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nemus\u00edte chodi\u0165 na pobo\u010dku a&nbsp;pod\u00e1va\u0165 si \u017eiados\u0165 o&nbsp;vydanie potvrdenia. Ak m\u00e1te zmluvu o \u00favere podp\u00edsan\u00fa do 31. 12. 2023, platia pre v\u00e1s p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 podmienky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto pr\u00edpade je da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <strong>vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50 %<\/strong> zo sumy \u00farokov zaplaten\u00fdch za kalend\u00e1rny rok \u2013 <strong>maxim\u00e1lne vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 400 eur ro\u010dne<\/strong>. Na bonus m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok po\u010das obdobia 5 rokov po prvom \u010derpan\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky, pri\u010dom v\u00fd\u0161ka \u00faveru s n\u00e1rokom na da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus je <strong>maxim\u00e1lne 50 000 eur.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">TIP: <\/span><\/strong>V\u00e1\u0161 \u00faver, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1m banka poskytla, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ale bonus sa vypo\u010d\u00edta len z \u00farokov z maxim\u00e1lnej sumy 50 000 eur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ec8124\">V\u00fdhodnej\u0161ie podmienky da\u0148ov\u00e9ho bonusu pre hypot\u00e9ky podp\u00edsan\u00e9 od 1. 1. 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdhodnej\u0161ie podmienky pre uplatnenie tohto da\u0148ov\u00e9ho bonusu platia od roku 2024. Aktu\u00e1lne sa maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka da\u0148ov\u00e9ho bonusu pre \u013eud\u00ed do 35 rokov roz\u0161\u00edrila na cel\u00fa v\u00fd\u0161ku \u00faveru, teda sa nebude r\u00e1ta\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne z 50 000 eur. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa zvy\u0161uje aj maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka bonusu, a to na sumu 1 200 eur.
