Toto zv\u00fdhodnenie platilo na prv\u00fdch 5 rokov spl\u00e1cania hypot\u00e9ky, a\u00a0to tak, \u017ee mlad\u00fd klient spl\u00e1cal \u0161tandardn\u00fa v\u00fd\u0161ku spl\u00e1tky, pri\u010dom banka mu na jeho \u00fa\u010det sp\u00e4tne posielala peniaze, ktor\u00e9 predstavovali dan\u00e9 3 %.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To sa pred dvoma rokmi zmenilo a namiesto ni\u017e\u0161ieho \u00faroku m\u00f4\u017eu po novom z\u00edska\u0165 klienti k \u00faverom na b\u00fdvanie uzatvoren\u00fdm po 31.12.2017 ako zv\u00fdhodnenie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/danovy-bonus-na-uroky-z-hypoteky\/\">da\u0148ov\u00fd bonus<\/a>, ktor\u00fd si raz ro\u010dne uplatnia v\u00a0r\u00e1mci svojho da\u0148ov\u00e9ho priznania.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>V\u00a0\u010dom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 probl\u00e9m<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na trhu s\u00fa e\u0161te klienti s hypot\u00e9kami pre mlad\u00fdch so \u0161t\u00e1tnym pr\u00edspevkom, ktor\u00e9 boli <\/span><b>poskytnut\u00e9 pred 31.12.2017<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. T\u00edto klienti by si mali dobre <\/span><b>ustr\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 v\u00fdro\u010die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/fixacia-uroku-na-hypoteke\/\">fix\u00e1cie svojej hypot\u00e9ky<\/a>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po 5. roku spl\u00e1cania \u00faveru im automaticky kon\u010d\u00ed \u00fa\u013eava, re\u00e1lne je v\u0161ak vypl\u00e1can\u00e1 s miernym \u201cdobehom\u201d. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee e\u0161te aj 1 &#8211; 2 mesiace po v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed fix\u00e1cie (ak ste mali na \u00favere nastaven\u00fd 5-ro\u010dn\u00fd fix) v\u00e1m dan\u00fd pr\u00edspevok banka prip\u00ed\u0161e na \u00fa\u010det. Peniaze v tom pr\u00edpade automaticky prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do dedi\u010dsk\u00e9ho konania, kde sa mal\u00e9 percento z\u00a0nich e\u0161te aj stiahne na poplatky.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ale najhor\u0161ie je, \u017ee vyplatenie \u00faspor sa kv\u00f4li dedi\u010dsk\u00e9mu konaniu oddiali o \u010fal\u0161ie mesiace, niekedy trv\u00e1 aj rok.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><b>Pr\u00edklad: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch \u0161tandardn\u00fdch pr\u00edjmoch si m\u00f4\u017eete v\u00a0II. pilieri naspori\u0165 50 a\u017e 80\u00a0000 eur, ktor\u00e9 by v pr\u00edpade smrti pred dosiahnut\u00edm d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9ho veku mohli va\u0161im bl\u00edzkym ve\u013emi pom\u00f4c\u0165.
