Ak\u00e9 pr\u00edjmy uzn\u00e1 banka \u017eivnostn\u00edkovi a&nbsp;ak\u00e9 spolo\u010dn\u00edkovi v s.r.o.?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>\u017dIVNOSTN\u00cdK<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00fa <strong>dva sp\u00f4soby<\/strong> akcept\u00e1cie pr\u00edjmov \u017eivnostn\u00edkov &#8211; pod\u013ea da\u0148ov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu alebo ako percento z obratov. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niektor\u00e9 banky akceptuj\u00fa obidva v\u00fdpo\u010dty a uplatnia ten, kde v\u00e1m vyjde vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edjem.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Ale pozor! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niektor\u00e9 banky uznaj\u00fa len prv\u00fd alebo len druh\u00fd sp\u00f4sob <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/vypocet-hypoteky\">v\u00fdpo\u010dtu pr\u00edjmu.<\/a> Finan\u010dn\u00fd sprostredkovate\u013e m\u00e1 o nastaveniach b\u00e1nk preh\u013ead a r\u00e1d v\u00e1m vyselektuje tie, ktor\u00e9 vo va\u0161om pr\u00edpade pripadaj\u00fa do \u00favahy.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v prvom pr\u00edpade banka ur\u010d\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ku pr\u00edjmu&nbsp;<\/span><b>pod\u013ea da\u0148ov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ako rozdiel pr\u00edjmov a v\u00fddavkov vo va\u0161om da\u0148ovom priznan\u00ed po odr\u00e1tan\u00ed dane<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v druhom pr\u00edpade ako \u010dist\u00fd pr\u00edjem uzn\u00e1 <\/span><b>ur\u010dit\u00e9 percento z obratu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v da\u0148ovom priznan\u00ed &#8211; m\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 od 10 % do 60 % v z\u00e1vislosti od banky,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00edpadne a\u017e do 70 % z tr\u017eieb pre vybran\u00e9 povolania<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v&nbsp;oboch pr\u00edpadoch potom sumu <\/span><b>vydel\u00ed 12 mesiacmi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a&nbsp;tak si vyr\u00e1ta v\u00e1\u0161 \u010dist\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>PR\u00cdKLAD:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span>Ak by ste minul\u00fd rok fakturovali cca 2000 \u20ac mesa\u010dne, \u010di\u017ee za cel\u00e9 zda\u0148ovacie obdobie by ste zarobili 24 000 \u20ac a v da\u0148ovom priznan\u00ed si uplat\u0148ujete pau\u0161\u00e1lne v\u00fddavky, m\u00f4\u017eete dosiahnu\u0165 v banke tento akceptovate\u013en\u00fd \u010dist\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>a) pod\u013ea obratov ako percento z pr\u00edjmu<\/strong> &#8211; max. 1 200 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>b) pod\u013ea da\u0148ov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu<\/strong> &#8211; max. 735 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>a) Pokia\u013e by sa vych\u00e1dzalo z obratov<\/strong>,<\/span> banka by v\u00e1m mohla uzna\u0165 60 % z va\u0161ich pr\u00edjmov.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u00fdpo\u010det: (24 000 x 0,60) \/ 12<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u00e1\u0161 akceptovate\u013en\u00fd&nbsp; pr\u00edjem by bol 1 200 \u20ac a tento sp\u00f4sob v\u00fdpo\u010dtu vych\u00e1dza podstatne lep\u0161ie, ako keby ste dokladovali pr\u00edjem cez da\u0148ov\u00fd z\u00e1klad.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>b) V\u00fdpo\u010det pr\u00edjmu cez da\u0148ov\u00fd z\u00e1klad*<\/strong><\/span> z\u00e1vis\u00ed od v\u00fd\u0161ky dane, ktor\u00e1 v\u00e1m vyjde v da\u0148ovom priznan\u00ed (z\u00e1klad dane &#8211; da\u0148 \/ 12). Z\u00e1klad dane tvor\u00ed rozdiel medzi pr\u00edjmami a v\u00fddavkami, ktor\u00e9 v tomto pr\u00edklade po\u010d\u00edtame ako pau\u0161\u00e1lne v\u00fddavky, t. j. 60 % z pr\u00edjmov:&nbsp;(24 000 \u2013 14 400) \/ 12 = 9 600 &#8211; da\u0148 777,87&nbsp;\/ 12 = 735 \u20ac. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Banka by zo z\u00e1kladu dane uznala pr\u00edjem 735 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">* Ilustra\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edklad nezoh\u013ead\u0148uje odvodov\u00e9 povinnosti da\u0148ovn\u00edka.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Pozor!<\/strong><\/span> Ak by ste nav\u0161t\u00edvili banku, ktor\u00e1 akceptuje obvykl\u00fdch 10 % z obratov, v\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00edjem by vy\u0161iel len 200 eur.
