A\u017e 80 % \u013eud\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee vplyvom korona kr\u00edzy a spr\u00edsnen\u00fdch opatren\u00ed NBS m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ich cesta k hypot\u00e9ke ove\u013ea komplikovanej\u0161ia ako keby si vybavovali \u00faver minul\u00fd rok. Napriek t\u00fdmto obav\u00e1m polovica klientov aj po\u010das pand\u00e9mie z\u00edskala \u00faver bez v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch \u0165a\u017ekost\u00ed a len p\u00e4tina sa zauj\u00edmala o\u00a0odklad spl\u00e1tok.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 FinGO.sk v\u00a0okt\u00f3bri uskuto\u010dnila prieskum<\/strong>, do ktor\u00e9ho sa zapojilo viac ako 100 finan\u010dn\u00fdch sprostredkovate\u013eov a hypotek\u00e1rnych \u0161pecialistov<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/financne-poradenstvo#mapa\"> z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho Slovenska<\/a>. Zis\u0165ovali sme v\u00a0\u0148om sk\u00fasenosti makl\u00e9rov a spr\u00e1vanie klientov, ktor\u00ed sa v\u00a0tomto roku zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa o\u00a0hypot\u00e9ku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Z<\/em><em> prieskumu vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee len ka\u017ed\u00fd piaty z\u00e1ujemca o \u00faver sa neob\u00e1va, \u017ee by mal v roku 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/ako-ziskat-hypoteku-pocas-korona-krizy\/\">men\u0161iu \u0161ancu z\u00edska\u0165 \u00faver<\/a>. T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed nepreuk\u00e1zali dostato\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem pri s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch spr\u00edsnen\u00fdch podmienkach b\u00e1nk, odlo\u017eili podanie \u017eiadosti o \u00faver na nesk\u00f4r.<\/li>\n<li>Druh\u00fdm najviac preferovan\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm bolo <strong>zalo\u017eenie \u010fal\u0161ej nehnute\u013enosti v banke<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bude z\u00e1le\u017ea\u0165 aj od b\u00e1nk, ako razantne obmedzia \u00faverovanie pre rizikov\u00e9 skupiny klientov.\u00a0<\/em><em>Tieto obavy maj\u00fa aj sprostredkovatelia.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Pod\u013ea prieskumu a\u017e tri \u0161tvrtiny makl\u00e9rov (76 %)\u00a0o\u010dak\u00e1va, \u017ee pand\u00e9mia koronav\u00edrusu v kombin\u00e1cii s platn\u00fdmi obmedzeniami NBS negat\u00edvne ovplyvnia \u010fal\u0161ie mo\u017enosti \u00faverovania ich klientov.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Koronav\u00edrus a oslabenie ekonomiky nie s\u00fa jedin\u00e9 d\u00f4vody, pre\u010do banky d\u00f4slednej\u0161ie preveruj\u00fa klientov a cez schva\u013eovacie sito prejde menej \u017eiadate\u013eov. Od za\u010diatku roka platia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/zvazujete-novu-hypoteku\/\">pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie pravidl\u00e1<\/a> oh\u013eadom povinnej finan\u010dnej rezervy a okrem toho sa sleduje maxim\u00e1lny \u00faverov\u00fd strop,\u00a0ktor\u00fd je z\u00e1visl\u00fd od v\u00fd\u0161ky ro\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu klienta.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\">V bank\u00e1ch s\u00fa obrovsk\u00e9 rozdiely<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Na druhej strane je plne v r\u00e9\u017eii banky, ak\u00fa v\u00fd\u0161ku pr\u00edjmov klientom z predlo\u017een\u00fdch dokladov uzn\u00e1 a tu <strong>vznikaj\u00fa v\u00a0bank\u00e1ch obrovsk\u00e9 rozdiely.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><strong>Pozor!<\/strong> <\/span>Aj ke\u010f predlo\u017e\u00edte tie ist\u00e9 doklady k pr\u00edjmu, m\u00f4\u017ee sa sta\u0165, \u017ee <strong>v jednej banke v\u00e1m akceptuj\u00fa len 50 % z toho \u010do v inej banke<\/strong> a od toho sa odv\u00edja aj celkov\u00e1 schv\u00e1len\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka \u00faveru.<\/p>\n<p>Preto je dnes nevyhnutn\u00e9 robi\u0165 si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/hypotekarna-kalkulacka\/kupa\">prieskum trhu<\/a> s\u00a0hypot\u00e9kami a zauj\u00edma\u0165 sa o detaily ka\u017edej \u00faverovej ponuky. T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed vyu\u017eij\u00fa pomoc finan\u010dn\u00e9ho agenta, naopak z\u00edskaj\u00fa partnera, ktor\u00fd im <strong>ur\u00fdchli proces v\u00fdberu spr\u00e1vnej a \u010do najlacnej\u0161ej hypot\u00e9ky<\/strong>,&#8220; rad\u00ed<\/em>\u00a0Eva \u0160ablov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Slu\u017eby sprostredkovate\u013eov s\u00fa <strong>bezplatn\u00e9<\/strong> a makl\u00e9r zastre\u0161\u00ed nielen v\u00fdber banky, ale aj cel\u00fd proces vybavenia \u00faveru.
