Ak\u00fd je v nich rozdiel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ponukov\u00e1 cena<\/strong> je t\u00e1, za ktor\u00fa sa nehnute\u013enos\u0165 inzeruje na realitn\u00fdch port\u00e1loch a <strong>transak\u010dn\u00e1 cena<\/strong> je t\u00e1, za ktor\u00fa sa obchod, \u010di\u017ee v tomto pr\u00edpade predaj nehnute\u013enosti re\u00e1lne uzavrie.
