Po bytoch je obrovsk\u00fd dopyt a ponuka je slab\u00e1, preto ich ceny rast\u00fa raketovou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ec8124\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>2. Tvorba finan\u010dn\u00fdch rezerv<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie Covidu vyhl\u00e1silo mno\u017estvo Slov\u00e1kov osobn\u00fd bankrot, preto\u017ee bu\u010f nemali vytvoren\u00e9 \u017eiadne alebo len minim\u00e1lne finan\u010dn\u00e9 rezervy. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/ako-si-vytvorit-financnu-rezervu\/\">tvori\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00fa rezervu<\/a> <\/strong>a mesa\u010dne si odklada\u0165 zo svojho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu aspo\u0148 10 % a\u017e 20 %. Ak na nich m\u00e1te ulo\u017een\u00e9 \u00faspory, dosahuj\u00fa nulov\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy a kv\u00f4li spom\u00ednanej infl\u00e1cii takto prer\u00e1bate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rozdiel od t\u00fdchto bankov\u00fdch produktov, keby ste peniaze vhodne investovali, m\u00f4\u017eete zhodnoti\u0165 va\u0161e \u00faspory v podielov\u00fdch alebo ETF fondoch aktu\u00e1lne aj <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/investovanie\">vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm \u00farokom ako 8 %<\/a><\/strong>.
