Pokia\u013e ste si za ten \u010das v poistnej zmluve na nehnute\u013enos\u0165 ani raz neupravili v\u00fd\u0161ku poistnej sumy a nezv\u00fd\u0161ilo sa v\u00e1m poistn\u00e9, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee v pr\u00edpade poistnej udalosti v\u00e1m pois\u0165ov\u0148a vyplat\u00ed omnoho ni\u017e\u0161iu sumu, ne\u017e mo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1vate. Podobn\u00e9 je to aj pri domoch a chalup\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 si pred rokmi \u013eudia dok\u00e1zali postavi\u0165 za ni\u017e\u0161ie ceny ako je tomu dnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z najnov\u0161ieho prieskumu, ktor\u00fd FinGO.sk zrealizovalo medzi svojimi finan\u010dn\u00fdmi makl\u00e9rmi z cel\u00e9ho Slovenska vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee nejde o ojedinel\u00fd probl\u00e9m. S podpoisten\u00edm nehnute\u013enost\u00ed sa stret\u00e1va drviv\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina sprostredkovate\u013eov. Ako to funguje v praxi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V prieskume a\u017e 40 % makl\u00e9rov uviedlo, \u017ee pod\u013ea ich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed \u013eudia podpoisteniu nerozumej\u00fa. Pritom riskuj\u00fa ve\u013ea a \u010dasto to zistia a\u017e ke\u010f im povode\u0148 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/vytopeni-susedia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vytop\u00ed pivnicu<\/a>, v\u00edchrica strhne strechu \u010di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.sk\/blog\/poistenie-proti-poziaru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">po\u017eiar<\/a> vydym\u00ed byt. V pr\u00edpade vy\u0161\u0161ieho podpoistenia toti\u017e od pois\u0165ovne m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165 ove\u013ea menej pe\u0148az\u00ed ako bud\u00fa re\u00e1lne potrebova\u0165. Najm\u00e4 v pr\u00edpadoch, ak je ich nehnute\u013enos\u0165 podpoisten\u00e1 o viac ako 15 % &#8211; to je toti\u017e obvykl\u00e1 hranica, od ktorej pois\u0165ovne za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa uplat\u0148ova\u0165 podpoistenie a kr\u00e1ti\u0165 poistn\u00e9 plnenie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9mom nie je len to, \u017ee nehnute\u013enos\u0165 m\u00e1 dnes u\u017e vy\u0161\u0161iu hodnotu ako v \u010dase uzatv\u00e1rania poistky. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee je dom \u010di byt podpoisten\u00fd, pois\u0165ov\u0148a m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok aj na kr\u00e1tenie poistn\u00e9ho plnenia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ak napr\u00edklad na nehnute\u013enosti, ktor\u00e1 je poisten\u00e1 len na 50 % svojej aktu\u00e1lnej hodnoty, vznikne \u0161koda vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 10 000 eur, tak pois\u0165ov\u0148a m\u00f4\u017ee prist\u00fapi\u0165 k tomu, \u017ee klientovi vyplat\u00ed len 5 000 eur. Ide o d\u00f4sledok r\u00fdchleho zdra\u017eovania nehnute\u013enost\u00ed a n\u00edzkeho z\u00e1ujmu vlastn\u00edkov o poistenie svojho domu \u010di bytu. Spr\u00e1vne nastavenie poistnej zmluvy na nehnute\u013enos\u0165 by sa malo kontrolova\u0165 najmenej ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva a\u017e tri roky. Nejde len o to, \u017ee ceny nehnute\u013enost\u00ed sa v priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch rokov dok\u00e1\u017eu v\u00fdrazne zmeni\u0165. Podpoistenie m\u00f4\u017ee vznikn\u00fa\u0165 aj v pr\u00edpade rekon\u0161trukcie, ktor\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161ila hodnotu nehnute\u013enosti, ale nepremietla sa aj do vy\u0161\u0161ieho poistn\u00e9ho krytia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prieskum op\u00e4\u0165 potvrdil, \u017ee Slov\u00e1ci poistenie b\u00fdvania celkovo podce\u0148uj\u00fa. A\u017e 56 % sprostredkovate\u013eov uviedlo, \u017ee klienti poistenie nehnute\u013enosti ber\u00fa len ako povinnos\u0165 pri \u010derpan\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky. Najlep\u0161ie ju ur\u010d\u00edte na z\u00e1klade znaleck\u00e9ho posudku. Ak nem\u00e1te aktu\u00e1lny posudok, tak pri byte sa m\u00f4\u017eete riadi\u0165 jeho aktu\u00e1lnou trhovou hodnotou a pri dome sumou, za ktor\u00fa ho v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti viete postavi\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pri poisten\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti sa v\u00fd\u0161ka poistnej sumy ur\u010duje pribli\u017ene. Spo\u010d\u00edtajte si hodnotu spotrebi\u010dov, n\u00e1bytku \u010di cennost\u00ed a k tomu pripo\u010d\u00edtajte 5 000 eur na \u0161atstvo. Aj ke\u010f m\u00e1te dom\u00e1cnos\u0165 poisten\u00fa na ni\u017e\u0161iu sumu, pri \u010diastkov\u00fdch \u0161kod\u00e1ch nedoch\u00e1dza ku kr\u00e1teniu poistn\u00e9ho plnenia ako pri poisten\u00ed nehnute\u013enosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aby ste sa vyhli podpoisteniu, nezabudnite si poistn\u00e9 sumy priebe\u017ene aktualizova\u0165.
