Cie\u013eom stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia je na\u0161etrenie prostriedkov <\/span><b>na invest\u00edciu do b\u00fdvania<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(napr\u00edklad k\u00fapa alebo v\u00fdstavba nehnute\u013enosti, rekon\u0161trukcia b\u00fdvania). S\u00fa kombin\u00e1ciou sporenia a \u00faveru, pri\u010dom \u00faver m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 poskytnut\u00fd vo forme <\/span><b>medzi\u00faveru <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(klient nespl\u00e1ca istinu, ale v r\u00e1mci spl\u00e1tky sa \u010das\u0165 pripisuje na \u00fa\u010det stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia a \u010das\u0165 je spl\u00e1tka \u00farokov) alebo <\/span><b>stavebn\u00e9ho \u00faveru<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (klient plat\u00ed v spl\u00e1tke \u00farok aj istinu).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ec8124;\"><b>\u010co sa od 1. janu\u00e1ra 2019 zmenilo v stavebnom sporen\u00ed?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u0161lo k <\/span><b>zn\u00ed\u017eeniu \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie<\/b><strong> z 5 percent na <\/strong><b>2,5 percenta z ro\u010dn\u00fdch vkladov,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> maxim\u00e1lna <\/span><b>\u0161t\u00e1tna pr\u00e9mia je 70 eur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Na z\u00edskanie plnej \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie je potrebn\u00e9<\/span><b> vlo\u017ei\u0165 a\u017e 2 800 eur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vlani sta\u010dilo vlo\u017ei\u0165 1 327,80 eur. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti u\u017e nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edska\u0165 <\/span><b>\u0161t\u00e1tnu pr\u00e9miu, ak sporite\u013e po\u017eiada o medzi\u00faver<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1rok na \u0161t\u00e1tnu pr\u00e9miu maj\u00fa len <\/span><b>sporitelia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ktor\u00fdch <\/span><b>pr\u00edjem <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v danom<\/span><b> kalend\u00e1rnom roku nepresiahne 1,3-n\u00e1sobok priemernej mzdy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (net\u00fdka sa malolet\u00fdch sporite\u013eov). Doteraz v\u00fd\u0161ka z\u00e1robku nemala vplyv na vyplatenie \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fd\u0161ka<\/span><b> \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie<\/b> <b>v prvom roku stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je<\/span><b> zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 na polovicu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ak sporite\u013e zalo\u017e\u00ed zmluvu a <\/span><b>za\u010dne spori\u0165 a\u017e v druhom polroku<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bez oh\u013eadu na to, ko\u013eko by do konca roka vlo\u017eil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do roku 2018 platilo, \u017ee pou\u017eitie pe\u0148az\u00ed zo stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia nebolo nutn\u00e9 vydokladova\u0165 (blo\u010dky, fakt\u00fary, k\u00fapna zmluva) ak prebehlo aspo\u0148 6 rokov od zalo\u017eenia zmluvy. Pre nov\u00e9 zmluvy zalo\u017een\u00e9 od roku 2019 u\u017e plat\u00ed, \u017ee bude treba <\/span><b>preuk\u00e1za\u0165 \u00fa\u010del stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia v\u017edy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bez oh\u013eadu na dobu sporenia. Inak str\u00e1cate n\u00e1rok na \u0161t\u00e1tnu pr\u00e9miu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead vn\u00edma verejnos\u0165 tieto zmeny sk\u00f4r negat\u00edvne, lebo do\u0161lo k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie, obmedzeniu jej z\u00edskania a zru\u0161eniu niektor\u00fdch v\u00fdhod sporenia. Je pravda, \u017ee<\/span><b> z\u00edskanie \u0161t\u00e1tnej pr\u00e9mie u\u017e nem\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 hlavn\u00fdm mot\u00edvom uzatvorenia stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Treba tie\u017e po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi poplatkami spojen\u00fdmi so zalo\u017een\u00edm zmluvy a veden\u00edm \u00fa\u010dtu stavebn\u00e9ho sporenia a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti nemo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 ve\u013emi atrakt\u00edvne zhodnotenie vkladov.
