S\u00favis\u00ed to aj so zni\u017eovan\u00edm sadzieb zo strany Eur\u00f3pskej centr\u00e1lnej banky (ECB), postupn\u00fdm poklesom komer\u010dn\u00fdch \u00farokov v slovensk\u00fdch bank\u00e1ch a takisto s progn\u00f3zou \u010fal\u0161ieho zdra\u017eovania nehnute\u013enost\u00ed. Pre\u010do m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pr\u00e1ve teraz vhodn\u00fd \u010das na \u00faver a na \u010do myslie\u0165 pri financovan\u00ed b\u00fdvania hypot\u00e9kou?
